Vision
To support the GCC in building responsibly by guiding developments toward designs that use fewer resources, perform better in the region’s climate, and deliver long-term value.
Our vision is a built environment where sustainability is not an add-on, but a natural part of how projects are conceived—clear, achievable, and integrated from the start.
We aim to help create buildings that stand the test of time, respect the environment, and contribute positively to the communities and economies they serve.

Mission Statement
Our mission is to support developers, architects, and engineers with practical, technically sound sustainability advicethat translates global frameworks into meaningful, locally relevant action.
We focus on empowering teams to design and deliver buildings that use less energy, conserve water, reduce waste, and operate more efficiently—creating long-term value for owners and communities.
Through clarity, consistency, and collaboration, we help sustainability become a natural part of project delivery.

Green Impact Advisory was founded to bridge two worlds: the rigor of European sustainability standards and the fast-paced, innovation-driven vision shaping the GCC’s built environment.
Our mission is simple: to help developers, architects, and engineering teams design and deliver low-carbon, high-performance buildings that meet international benchmarks and regional requirements.
We bring an integrated approach—combining design optimisation, certification pathways, and strategic sustainability advisory—so projects can perform better, operate more efficiently, and align with the region’s long-term climate objectives.

“Sustainability should feel clear, structured, and achievable—not overwhelming.
I founded Green Impact Advisory to help project teams navigate this landscape with confidence.
My goal is simple: to translate global sustainability frameworks into practical solutions that work for the realities of building in the GCC.
Every project has the potential to reduce its impact, improve its performance, and create long-term value. I am here to help make that process seamless, transparent, and effective.”
